Curbs. Addi loves to walk on curbs. Anywhere we see curbs, she likes to walk on them, it makes her happy and giggly.

Fireworks are always fun. Craig, Addi and I went to the parade in Fort Meyers on Thomas Edison's birthday. Before the parade fireworks were set off. Very fun.

For some reason I really like this picture. It is just nails ready to be put in a nail gun. I took this as the Habitat for Humanity house that our ward is building.

The best part of the weekend with the NJROTC was when Craig and Addi suprized me at Busch Gardens. They joined me for a day of fun. Craig called to say they were there and I met up with them at the entrace gate!
Right before I got on the bus with the cadets, Craig, Addi and I shared this waffle. It was so yummy. Craig is an awesome husband I am so glad he and Addi came and spent the day with me.

The CHS NJROTC cadets worked hard this weekend. They improved from last year in the State Drill Meet. This year they ranked 19th overall. They recieved the spirit/sportsmanship trophy for giving the meet their all. As a mom of one of the cadets I was thrilled with how the cadets performed and handled themselves. Great job!!

I chaperoned the NJROTC cadets on their State Drill Meet trip. We had a great time. These are the kids I ate dinner with on Friday night. Clockwise, starting with Samantha, April Wharton, Clayton Martin, Amy Keen, Robert Millard, Me and Skylar Vollmer. These are great kids. (you can also see cadet James behind Samantha)

This stool came from Craig's Nanny's house. Addison loves it. She calls it her "sit". Addi carries it around to whever she wants to sit. I often find myself nervous that she is going to set it on my toe!

Samantha and Mallory Burton after their basketball banquet. Mallory is the team Most Valuable Player this season.
Samantha and Christina Robishaw, the head coaches wife. Christina is a great support to the team.
Samantha and her two coaches, Mike Burton & Mike Robishaw.
The Varsity Girls Basketball Team. Coach Burton, Coach Rebecca Franz, Nadiy Perez, Victoria Sweet, Victoria Burke, Mallory Burton, Sierra Rincones, Samantha Webecke, Kyli Boli, Celine, Connie Wills, Brianna Frances, Coach Robishaw.
Samantha recieves her certificate for playing ball this season. She had an injury, rolled her ankle and sprained it really good. She sat on the bench for several games, but when she played had a good season. Her being injured gave Celine more play time, this really improved Celine's game. Not glad Samantha got hurt, but happy for the opportunity it gave Celine to improve.

I love this picture. Jordan is not thrilled to have his picture taken. Mr. Montanari looks like such a fun band teacher - he must be to stick his tongue out for a picture!!
Jordan playing the trombone for Jazz Band.
I am impressed that Jordan has the desire to learn the trombone!! Very different from the Clarinet.

In Concert band, Jordan plays the bass clarinet. He sits right behind the director so we can not see him in the picture.
