I took these pictures on Tuesday (the 24th)  The trees are filled with spanish moss.  I had not seen this until moving here.  I think that there is a beauty to the spanish moss.

Stuart and Raeleigh are in this sea of 5th graders!  There were about 200 5th graders that participated in the Elementary Honors Chorus.  Stuart and Raeleigh were so excited to be in this chorus.  They worked hard practicing at home and school.

Stuart and a fellow chorus member, Kaliska, played violin for "A Song of Peace".  There were 10 violinist in all.
Beverly Holden came to the concert with us.  She is a wonderful friend to our family.

Mr. Paul Safransky was the music director when Jordan and Patrick were at the school as well.  So I had Jordan pose for this picture as well.  The concert was great!

Addi and I went to the volunteer thank you breakfast at the elementary school.  Each year the PTO puts a nice breakfast on for the volunteers.  It is so nice and I love that there is a fruit salad each year.

I wanted to take pictures of the murals at the school as we were leaving.   Addi was excited to pose as soon as she saw me take the camera out!  Addi is holding a "Thank you Volunteer" placemat in the picture.

I love the murals at the school.  They a constant reminder of good actions!

I spent the early afternoon with my friend Robin.  She took me to a camera store and helped me pick out a new camera bag.  I am so excited with what I choose.  As you can see my new bag is bigger and it is not falling apart.  I just love it!

Today it is really a go.  The plane is here and the cadets will get to go on their trip to San Diego.  Samantha did roll call and gave minimal instructions.  Then chief told the cadets to follow one of the gentlemen from the plane crew.

The cadets walked onto the tarmak and helped to load their gear into the plane.  This is defintely a different experience than a commercial jet!

The cadets entered the rear of the plane.  Captian entered the front of the plane!

They are in their air, on their way!  Have a great time and learn lots!

Addi went to Morgan's room and found her heels.  I think it is so funny that she got one shoe from two different pairs!  Addi was so happy to be walking in the shoes, just look at that smile!!

Today we were at Jordan's jazz band concert.  I snapped this picture, because I love that Craig always dances when he hears music.  I love the way he dances with his hands!

Addi and I need to leave the house and she wasn't dressed.  So I chose a denium skirt and the shirt in the picture.  Addi refused the skirt, so I had her get a different pair of shorts. The flowered shorts were her choice.  You can tell for the smile that Addi knows she looks great!

I also picked up some beautiful sunflowers at the organic farm.  The flowers are so HAPPY.  I love having them around the house.

My friend, Emily Walsh, invited me to go to an organic farm with her.  Christine Carey, another friend, also came with us.  I had such a great time.  It was so fun to see the variety of veggies.  We also took a tour of the farm, which was interesting and beautiful.  So glad I went.

Morgan is home from College for the summer .  The kids were playing in the yard, when Craig and Morgan drove up.  They all ran out to help bring in her luggage.  Then cam unpacking, of course that was also achieved with the help of her siblings!  We are all happy to have Morgan home.

Addi loves to climb on the step stool (which is also her dinner chair).  She thinks that it is so funny to climb up the back when someone is sitting on the stool.  Stuart was the lucky one this time!

Saturday,  NJROTC was involved in the "Dragon Boat" races.  I took Samantha over after her ACT test to watch her team.  However we got there and she had the opportunity to row in the race.  She had a great time.

No I am not a lizard (iguana) fan. However I asked to take pictures of this one on a leash. Why would someone have this as a pet, is beyond me. However I do like the pictures I snapped.

Samantha, Raeleigh, Addi and I were walking w and I saw these flowers that were between bud and blooming stage. I thought they were so pretty. So I took a picture!!

Jordan's foot detox

So Jordan's doctor suggested a foot detox and he decided to try it. The water starts out clean. With in about 30 seconds the water was looking dirty. (above)

Above picture is about 30 minutes into the detox. I looked like the water had sludge in it, all toxins that were "pulled" out of Jordans body.

Jordan was ok with me taking pictures of his feet, not so much with his smiling face. He read a magazine (Ensign, which was in waiting room @ doctor's) to hide.

As you can see, I held out longer, just waiting for the magazine to drop!

Look at the yuckies on the backs of his ankles. Many there must have been lots of toxins to be removed. (This was when the detox was done and Jordan was cleaning his feet.)

The elementary school did a fundraiser for the art room. The kids drew what they wanted on for a "car tag" on a piece of paper. Then if they choose to have a tag made it cost $15 with half of the money going back to the art room. Stuart and Raeleigh each paid for their own tags and were happy campers with the results. Raeleigh was disappointed to have an advertisement printed right over her awesome killer whale :-(
